Сколько стоит растаможка авто из США в Украине
В этой статье мы рассмотрим сколько будет стоить растаможка автомобиля из США в Украине, от момента прибытия в порт г.
Одесса до постановки на учет, а также рассмотрим все подводные камни, которые могут возникнуть при таможенном оформлении авто.

С 1.08.2016 года в Украине вступил в действие Закон N 1389-19 – “О внесении изменений в подраздел
5 раздела ХХ «Переходные положения Налогового кодекса Украины относительно стимулирования развития рынка транспортных средств с пробегом»
Закон устанавливает временное (до конца 2018 года) снижение ставок акцизного сбора на автомобили бывшие в употреблении.
При этом сохраняется НДС в размере 20% и таможенная пошлина, которая начисляется на оценочную стоимость автомобиля.
Размер ставки таможенной пошлины составляет 10%, а на автомобили произведенные в Европе, будет постепенно снижаться с 9,1% в 2016 году до нулевой в 2026 году.
Растаможка автомобиля в Украине теперь более доступная операция.
Ограничения по льготной растаможке
Автомобили, которые можно будет «растаможить» по сниженным ставкам, не могут быть выпущены ранее 1.01.2010 года;
Сниженные ставки акциза не распространяются на ТС, произведенные или ввезенные из стран-оккупантов или агрессоров или из оккупированных территорий;
Растаможка авто в Украине по сниженным ставкам акциза 1 человеку можно использовать для только 1 автомобиля на протяжении календарного года
с даты грузовой таможенной декларации;
Если продать до истечения 365 дней автомобиль, «растаможенный» по сниженным ставкам акциза, то следует оплатить акцизный сбор по полной ставке;
Специальные ставки акциза действительны до конца 2018 года;
Автомобиль должен соответствовать нормам Евро-5, а с 1.01.2018- Евро-6;
Действие Закона N 1389-19 не распространяется на мототехнику, грузовые автомобили, спецтехнику и автобусы.
Акцизный сбор – это налог, величина которого зависит от: объема двигателя, его типа и возраста автомобиля.
Ниже приведена таблица, которая дает возможность посчитать какую сумму акцизного сбора надо будет заплатить по новым ставкам,
если ввозимый автомобиль попадает под действие Закона N 1389-19. Если по одному из параметров автомобиль попадает под ограничения,
включенные в текущую редакцию Закона, акцизный сбор необходимо будет уплатить по полной ставке.
